Our Kitchen Team are busy preparing Christmas Puddings and Festive breads for the busy and tempting Festive Season 2017.
Head Chef Heiko, being German, knows the intrinsic link between the Christmas season and hearty dining and his Festive Fare includes some of his Germanic traditions such as the delicious Stollen Bread – Stollen is a fruit bread containing dried fruit and often covered with powdered sugar or icing sugar. The bread is usually made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts and spices.
Our guests at our recent Spa Night were treated to some of the delicacies of Heiko and his Team. Stollen Breads are all boxed up, present and correct for collection!
