Cordal Goats Cheese – Park Restaurant

We pride ourselves on using locally sourced produce in the Garden Bar and Park Restaurant, and in our blog this week we feature Cordal Goats Cheese, which is produced just a few miles over the road in Firies in Mid-Kerry.

Served with Hot Smoked Salmon as a Starter in The Park Restaurant Autumn Menu, it is a delicious complement to any dish.
