Featuring Beurre Rogue Spinach, Sauteéd Calamari  and Parsnip Pureé


Oven Roasted Skeghanore Duck Breast

With Blackberry Jus, Crispy Confide Duck Leg,  Cigar & Tender Stem Broccoli
