Sweet treat


As winter has offically begun, and storms rage outside there is no better time to indulge yourself in something sweet. Todays dessert of the day in the Garden Bar- Baileys and chocolate chip cookie cheesecake is certainly suitable.

A base of crushed cookies, topped with a creamy cheesecake, liberally laced with baileys irish cream liquer and more crushed cookies, and served with a duo of chocolate and butterscotch sauces! All topped off with a scoop of Valentia Island artisan ice cream and a mini cookie.
