Nothing canned about this Tuna Fish!

During the week, our Executive Head Chef Odran Lucey joined other local chefs including Philip Brazil of Aghadoe Heights Hotel, Gert Maes of Gabys Restaurant, John O Leary of The Malton Hotel, and Chaud of The Brehon to pay a visit to our fish monger Paudi Spillane to see a very whole, and very recently caught, Tuna.
