Our philosopy as chefs in The Killarney Park Hotel is that food is to be enjoyed, should look and taste good and give some comfort and pleasure.

We as chefs believe in sourcing local and seasonal produce, and our cooking style is one of a combination of classical cuisine using modern creative techniques.

We want the food to speak for itself and believe in simplicity is key to this.

Boasting some of the world’s finest seafood, beef  and lamb, we give special emphasis to these products on our menus
